Satoshi Tomiie Interview

Satoshi's music career began at an early age when his parents encouraged him to study the piano. He trained for an admirable ten years, developing a distinct passion for Jazz. Soon after the sound of Hip Hop provoked him to start his foray into DJ'ing and production. Then came house as Satoshi became fascinated by the early Chicago mix-tapes he was hearing. Since his seminal hit "Tears" back in 1989, he has gone on to become a major part of the acclaimed Def Mix crew. Satoshi's debut solo album was 2000s massive Full Lick.

One of the most prolific names out there when it comes to EDM (Electronic Dance Music), the Nottingham, UK based Dj, Producer and Remixer, the actual Britain's DJ sensation, the one and only, Jon O'Bir is giving us something to listen and something to shout about, so along with Conspiracy, together, presents "Introspection" - One of the must have CD Showcase for summer 2009.

Alex M.O.R.P.H. plays an integral part in one of dance music's biggest legacies. A top Dj, Producer and Remixer, Alex is also a member (along with Paul van Dyk, the owner) of the legendary Vandit crew.

Those who are familiar with the Electronic Music scene can attest to the fact that EDM would not be the same without they're influence. VANDIT is one of the most prestigious and most reputable world-wide.

After he released his debut artist album PURPLE AUDIO (June 2009), and other TNTs (top notch tracks) such as "Wanna Be" along Michael, and also "Photograph" (January 2009), Alex and Vandit Records strike again with another hit, called "Sunset Boulevard" along pure-bliss vocalist, singer and song writer Ana Criado.

Galactico record label Mau5trap have snapped up German producer Moguai to release his debut album ‘WE AR  LYVE’, the only artist aside from imprint boss and global phenomenon Deadmau5 to do so – a statement in itself we think you’ll agree!

Set for release on April 26th, we can exclusively reveal that the singles ‘Zyvox’ and ‘Lyve’ will feature with forthcoming monster EP ‘Nyce/Blau’ which are plucked from the intriguingly entitled ‘WE AR  LYVE.’

The label’s previous successes has led to the album deal that will see the 10-tracker unleashed, not only digitally, but also in physical form.
Expect more details of the album to surface in the coming weeks for what is set to be one of the most highly anticipated electronic albums of the year.
 

‘WE AR  LYVE’ is to be released on the 26th April on Mau5trap Recordings.

I am very sure that his name has caught your attention as he is lately on the list of many well known DJ’s for his fantastic productions and remixes. The essential highlights for him was his releases as Progression and Odyssey, his support appearances with the number 1 DJ of the globe, Tiesto, all over the world. Last year, he was the lucky one that the Black Hole crew picked to mix the fantastic legendary compilation, 'In Trance We Trust Volume 14'. 2010 started with a BIG BANG for him with his highly successful single 'Pretoria', and of course, the announcement that he was voted from the trance.nu web site community, as the DJ that they want to see performing in this year’s Trance Energy festival, in Utrecht.

 

Therefore, it is not a surprise that we wanted so much, to have an interview with him, and I felt very happy when he agreed to do it. I believe that is very different from anything that you may have read before, so certainly worth your time.
